Kaizen-6 Sigma System (K6S) is the blending of Six Sigma Methodology to an existing Kaizen initiative of a company. A continuous improvement program or Kaizen has already placed an organization a notch higher than others. The integration of Six Sigma methodology (which employs strict discipline in measurements and statistical analysis) is expected to enhance the design, problem solving and process improvement potential of a Kaizen company.
